How to improve your Brain for better productivity
Having a focused mindset these days is almost as difficult as it is for a smartphone addict to complete a digital detox. yes, it's all about consuming digital content and not letting the mind rest and experience the real world.
If you don't believe in Dopamine things, then this blog might not make any sense to you. it's an important neurotransmitter in the brain. I won't be going deep on it, but I'll say everything you do in your daily routine from eating to sleeping dopamine gets affected
I am a student and eagerly trying to make changes in my life. I followed some of these techniques and they surely had an impact
Not using smartphones as soon as you get up ๐ฑ
Feeding your brain a high level of dopamine as soon as you get up might make your day start better but the continuous practice of doing so will affect your focus and happiness in the long term. Try working out as it will generate natural dopamine, dopamine that you created yourself unlike from getting instant gratification consuming digital content.
Try meditating ๐งโโ๏ธ
Meditation is an absolute way of bringing peace of mind. This will help you relax and feel more aware of everything. continuous practice of meditation will help you stay more focused on the present moment. making it easier to stay on track and complete tasks efficiently
Working Out ๐ช
Working out will not only make you physically fit, but it also generates a feeling of confidence and pride within yourself. this helps you do tasks and stand confidently everywhere you go. Having confidence is very important.
Reading Books ๐
Reading Books also helps multiply. primarily it helps to gain knowledge but also helps build a strong mindset. reading books is equivalent to working out but for the brain. this will enhance your ability to read and stay focused
there are other practices to do for a better mindset but this will only work if done consistently. "Nothing is easy, Nothing is hard, you just have to keep doing it " , this is a quote that I think everyone should know, daily practice of this thing will eventually make a difference in taking things from a different and positive perspective.
(PS: this is my first blog and I wrote it on my personal experience.)
